Terms of Use
CledgeDashboard is Cledge Solutions' internal control centre. Its invoice-payment pages are also used by our customers. These terms apply to everyone who uses it.
1. Staff accounts
- Accounts are for authorised Cledge Solutions staff only and are personal: do not share passwords or verification codes.
- Use customer information only to set up, support and bill customers, and keep it confidential.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, and report any suspected misuse or security issue immediately.
2. Paying invoices
Invoice links are personal to the customer they were sent to. Amounts are quoted excluding tax; any tax that applies is added on top and shown separately on the invoice. Payments are handled by the payment processor shown on the page; we never see or store full card details. Questions about an invoice: support@cledgesolutions.com.
3. Your products agreement
The use of our products is governed by the terms and conditions accepted in each product. These Dashboard terms do not replace them.
4. Privacy

5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without affecting any mandatory protection given by the law of the country where you live.
